I have used Simon for years now with whatever I needed for the car. Being cost effective, down to earth and honest he has been a lifeline when it comes to sorting my car problems. That said, I have always done my servicing with Hatfield’s Land Rover to preserve my service history at my cost. Getting fed up with what Land Rover were changing I had a chat with Sam in the office at Simons about it. I was then amazed to find that she had full access to my Service history and could see what next service was required on the car. I then booked in, got the service done, got a full written report of what was done and what was not need doing along with a full Service History of my car from day one. Guess what? Half the price of Hatfields Land Rover, hence double the value for money, and lastly triple the value of customer care and support when you need it. Good on you guys n girls and I recommend Simon Thorpe to anyone who needs any car bits doing.

I have used Simon for all things BMW for a few years and he has never let me down. Will always go that extra mile to ensure total customer satisfaction. Special mention also to Sam, who is not only friendly, but also extremely helpful and seems to posses a mechanical knowledge that would embarrass a few so called qualified mechanics. My first time in using Simon Thorpe Motors and I have to say that the service level was fantastic. My BMW was booked in for service & MOT and require a shock absorber to pass its MOT. This was all done and I got my car back same day. The rear air suspension unit on my BMW 520D M SPORT GT had collapsed so called in for a quote and left one and a half hours later with the job done ! Great customer service !! Would recommend Simon and his team to everybody! K.Watts

My convertible roof stopped working. They fixed with a reset/recalibrate, when they could have fed me some bullshit, but they didn't and only charged an hour's labour. I was very happy with that and will take my car to them for future issues.
